Terms & Conditions

• Net 30 days upon credit approval.
• All orders are considered complete 5% under/over.
• Samples are billed at EQP and are not returnable.
• First, custom and large orders may require a deposit or prepayment.
• Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
• Returns must be accompanied by a Return
• Authorization and must be in sale-able condition.

Production Times

• Stock umbrellas and printed bags 5 - 7 days
• Embroidered bags 7 - 10 days
• Outdoor living (chairs, tents, coolers) 7 - 10 days
• Cut & sewn in the USA: 20 - 25 business days
• Direct imports: 90 - 120 days

Proofs

• Tailgate and Market umbrella product proof — item cost + screen charges
• E-proof $10(C)
• Handheld umbrella product proof $25(C) + screen charges

Artwork

• Artwork must be saved to size otherwise all artwork will be sized to fit maximum imprint
• All fonts must be converted to outline to avoid font substitutions
• List PMS colors and numbers
• Specify tone on tone color if requested
• Artwork should be no smaller than 300 DPI
• Halftones should not exceed 50 lines at actual size
• Artwork cleanup $100(C)
• Send artwork to art@aaainnovations.com

Graphic Software

• Adobe Illustrator CS5 (.eps or .ai)
• Digital embroidery tapes in .dst

Shipping

• Normal bulk packaging
• US drop shipments $10(C) / address, exclusive of freight/packaging from our warehouse
• All third party freight will incur $5(C) / carton fee
• Canadian drop shipments must be on clients’ shipper #
• All truck shipments (including 3rd party shipments) will incur $20(C) per skid
