We’ve partnered with American Forests to initiate our Plant-A-Tree Program! Thanks to American Forests, the oldest conservation organization in the United States, we’re pledging to plant 1 tree for every wood market umbrella sold.
And best of all, we're giving you the opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment.
How You Can Help
Every time you purchase a wood market umbrella, a tree will be planted in an area where American Forests finds suitable. This will substantially reduce your carbon footprint - 27 tons of carbon can be captured in approximately 100 trees! Included in the purchase, located on the umbrella pole, is a sticker with the message, "The Purchase of this Umbrella Planted a Tree" and the American Forests logo (Image below). Below the sticker will be a QR code leading the viewer to a video (below) about American Forests and their mission. Also included in the purchase is a Certificate of Recognition, thanking you for your commitment to help the environment.

About American Forests
Since the founding of American Forests in 1875, they have been the pathfinders for creating healthy forests all across the nation. They championed the creation of the U.S. Forest Service and have persuaded Congress to provide stable funding for fighting and preventing forest fires. Their deep knowledge of forests, and their track record of collaboration, aids tremendously in building the reforestation movement in America.
About the Program
This Plant-A-Tree Initiative is part of American Forests' Resilient Forest Program. The goal is to restore forest health across the United States, Canada and Mexico. This initiative will focus on helping forests adapt to stressors that climate change is making more severe and more frequent. These include extreme wildfire, deep droughts and outbreaks of pests and disease.
